My refund from Karma internet after 18 months still nowhere to be seen

So after i returned my puck from Karma internet they are still telling me that i will get my refund when they process my return.

After 18 months of patiently waiting i am posting this on my blog so that anyone out there who is thinking about buying Karma be forewarned.
